We aim to dispatch all orders for items that are in stock within 1-3 working days of your order being placed and payment clearing. A few pieces are ‘made to order’ as some designs are hand made in small quantities. This means that these orders can take 3-6 weeks for delivery. If this is the case we will of course contact you to advise of timing. All orders posted to UK addresses require a signature upon arrival.
The following methods of postage is available at the checkout:
Standard UK Delivery - £3 or free for purchases over £50.
This service uses Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Items are delivered within 2-5 working days and will require a signature upon arrival.
Next Day Delivery - £6.50
This service is not always possible but please email Laura Paul Jewellery if your delivery is urgent and we will try to accommodate you. This service uses Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items are delivered by 1pm the next day, but is only available Monday - Thursday. Items ordered on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
We cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered or for products that are lost or delayed in transit.
We hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase but if you are not, we are happy to exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt (excluding original delivery costs). If you wish to send something back please email us before doing so. Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods.
Jewellery bought for Christmas presents can be returned up until 14th January.
We recommend that the item is returned to us via special delivery and it remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of the return carriage will only be refunded to you if the item was originally faulty.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same card that was used during initial payment. Goods are refunded within 30 days.
N.B. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
